1angpao Platform

By registering an account, making a deposit or using any part of the 1angpao platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any provision, you are required to stop using this platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1angpao as the platform operator. This document is to be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy available on this website.

1angpao services are open exclusively to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration.
• Not excluded from gambling activities by any relevant regulatory body.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• Providing accurate, correct and current personal information during the registration process.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using a different name, email address, phone number or payment details, is strictly prohibited. 1angpao reserves the right to request proof of identity such as an identification card (MyKad) or related documents at any time for verification purposes.

1angpao accepts a range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) or a crypto equivalent as set by the platform.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM30. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 for all methods.

Withdrawal processing time is typically between 10 and 45 minutes. However, delays may occur in certain situations such as account verification requirements or disruptions on the payment provider's end. 1angpao is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless stated otherwise.
• 1angpao reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals deemed unusual.
• Deposited funds cannot be transferred to a third-party account.
• Transactions suspected to be related to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1angpao are subject to specific conditions. Players are responsible for understanding these conditions before claiming any offer.

The 1angpao welcome bonus gives a 100% match on the first deposit up to RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, your balance becomes RM200 and you need to place bets totalling RM1,000 (RM100 × 10) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

For larger deposits, for example a deposit of RM2,200 will give the maximum bonus of RM1,000, bringing the balance to RM3,200 with a wagering requirement of RM10,000 (RM1,000 × 10).

• Bonuses are valid for one account per player only.
• Bets placed using deposit funds only (not bonus funds) may count towards meeting the bonus wagering requirement — subject to the specific rules of each promotion.
• 1angpao reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is any misuse or breach of promotion terms.
• All promotions have a validity period that must be observed.

All games available on the 1angpao platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, horse racing and Teen Patti — have specific rules that players must follow. Winnings are calculated based on game results produced by a fair and transparent system.

1angpao uses a certified random number generator (RNG) for all slot and table games. For live casino games, results are determined by a live dealer without any platform interference. For sports betting and horse racing, the odds displayed are final at the time the bet is placed.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active bet, 1angpao will resolve the matter according to valid system records.
• Disputed results must be reported within 24 hours of the date of the incident.
• The use of bots, automation software or any unauthorised method to influence game results is prohibited.

To maintain a safe and fair gaming environment for all players, 1angpao enforces strict prohibitions against various behaviours that could harm the platform or other players.

• Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information without authorisation.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for unlawful financial activities.
• Collusion between players in table games or poker.
• Exploiting bugs, system errors or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Use of any third-party software, VPN or technical methods that alter the way the platform operates.
• Attempting to influence betting outcomes through insider information or unauthorised means.

Breaching any of the above provisions may result in permanent account suspension or closure, freezing and forfeiture of all fund balances, and legal action where circumstances require it.

1angpao provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted service availability, the absence of technical errors or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. The platform may experience periodic disruptions due to maintenance, system upgrades or factors beyond its control.

1angpao is not responsible for any losses arising from betting decisions, technical errors beyond the platform's control, or unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence. Players are fully responsible for their own betting decisions.

• Losses resulting from technical failures caused by third parties (banks, e-wallet providers) are not covered by 1angpao.
• Information on RTP, winning odds, or game statistics provided is for general reference only.
• 1angpao is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fiscal obligations arising from a player's winnings.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting 1angpao customer support. Before closure, all active balances (excluding bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal once the required identity verification is complete.

1angpao also reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account if there is a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or for regulatory compliance reasons. In such cases, the player will be notified via email or Live Chat about the action taken and the next steps required.

Players who believe their account closure was unjust may submit a written appeal to the 1angpao customer support team within 30 days from the date of closure.
